While having breakfast in a Scranton Diner this morning, someone in the press corps asked Obama about his reaction to former President Jimmy Carter’s description of a positive meeting with leaders of the Islamist Palestinian group Hamas.  Obama said, "“Why can’t I just eat my waffle?”   Now that was presidential!  When this guy is off the teleprompter and without a prepared response, he really begins to reveal himself.  Obama has been evading tough questions and has not held a press availability in 10 days, though he has given dozens of interviews to local press in Pennyslvania.

What is this guy going to do when faced with a tough national security situation?  Is he going to run into the White House kitchen to eat waffles?!?!?!

I saw this blog post about GreatSchools.com on Right Wing Mamas today.  The blogger submitted an objective school review to GreatSchools.com and kept getting the review rejected because it wasn't "PC" enough.  I thought the review was very objective while being "non-bashing" and would have been informative to me as a parent.  I went to the GreatSchools site and found that all the reviews are touchy feely and are overwhemly positive.  Now, I am glad that many parents think that their school is the "greatest", however, I would like to get objective information to help me make a decision about my child's education.  Like our liberal counterparts, I think GreatSchools.com only wants to pander to the "PC" folks.
