Looney Al Gore is at it again!  He is trying to tell Americans how to run their lives.  Now, I personally think everyone is responsible to take care of our environment.  However, I am not convinced that global warming is primarily cause by humans.  Heck, I remember back in the 60's and 70's the same left wing loons were running around saying that we were headed for an ice age!

Anyway, Gore just can't seem to get with his own program.  I mean, he creates a pretty large carbon footprint himself.  He still seems to need to drive around in huge gas guzzlers.  In fact, he even has his vehicle idling with the air conditioner running when he is in a building.  His supporters can't even seem to practice what they preach.

Take a look...

Is global warming a man-made phenomenon?  Well, I am not convinced.  I don't tend to jump on the left wing loon band wagon everytime some liberal wants to hug a tree.  While I believe our environment is everyone's responsibility, I don't think global warming is primarily caused by humans.  Global warming is cyclic.  I believe it will happen regardless of human impact.

Here is an interesting article for you... http://furtheradventuresofindigored.blogspot.com/2008/06/global-warming-solar-radiation-linked.html

"Mr. Gore's movie, asserting a 'consensus' and 'settled science' in agreement about human-caused global warming, conveyed the claims about human-caused global warming to ordinary movie goers and to public school children, to whom the film was widely distributed. Unfortunately, Mr. Gore's movie contains many very serious incorrect claims which no informed, honest scientist could endorse," said Art Robinson.

Who is Art Robinson?  Art Robison is the founder of Project Petition which has, at the time of this writing, more than 31,000 scientists across the U.S. – including more than 9,000 Ph.D.s in fields such as atmospheric science, climatology, Earth science, environment and dozens of other specialties who have signed a petition rejecting "global warming," the assumption that the human production of greenhouse gases is damaging Earth's climate.

The project has fulfilled the expectations of its organizers. In PhD scientist signers alone, the project already includes 15-times more scientists than are seriously involved in the United Nations IPPC process. The very large number of petition signers demonstrates that, if there is a consensus among American scientists, it is in opposition to the human-caused global warming hypothesis rather than in favor of it.

Is Al Gore's movie, "An Inconvenient Truth" really an inconvenient lie?  You decide... http://www.petitionproject.org

Side note: Just for the record, the Right Wing Squadron believes everyone has a personal responsiblity to take care of our environment.  However, we do not endorse those making claims that global warming is caused by humans.  We believe, as other scientists, that global warming is a natural phenomenon and will occur regardless of any human intervention.  While we don't fall for Al Gore politcal ranting about global warming and the liberal's view that we are the cause of the phenomenon, we still urge people to be wise users of energy and be aware of your impact on the environment.
