Jon Voight, former liberal turned conservative, is getting slammed by the Hollywood left wing loons because of an op-ed piece he wrote in the Washington Times.  Voight repudiated his own Vietnam War protests as the naive flailings of a deluded youth.

Some dude named Jeffrey Wells who runs a movie and pop culture (pop culture simply means liberal eye brow waxers) said that if he were a Hollywood big-wig he would tell Voight to "eat cake" if he tried out for a role.  What the heck does "eat cake" mean?  Jeffrey, I can think of something you can eat!

According Rep. Jarrod Nadler, (D-NY), Obama told Democrats in a Washington D.C. closed door meeting that he would order his attorney general to search through White House executive orders and "immediately" eliminate those that "trample on liberty".

When Obama addressed reporters waiting outside the closed door meeting, he kept quiet about his plan.  He did say, however, that he would be campaigning to win the presidency and help "expand" Democratic majorities in the House and Senate.  This means he, Pelosi and Reid will be empire building.

"I am looking forward to collaborating with everyone here to win the election, but more importantly to collaborate with everybody here and also some like-minded Republicans to actually govern and to deliver on behalf of the American people," Obama said.

On behalf of the American people?  He is doing it on behalf on himself and the looney left.

What is Obama's definition of "liberty"?  Of course, as the most liberal Senator in Washington, he will pander to the left wing loons.  He will squash our national defense in the name of liberty.  He already said that he will scale back on weapons research and manufacturing.

He told the Europeans he wants to be a world citizen.  So I am sure his plan will make us pander to Germany, France and other European nations.  I would prefer that he concentrate on the United States and her citizens.
 
Frankly, his arrogance is nauseating.

Army Spc. Jeremy Hall wants to sue the U.S. Army for "unconstitutional" discrimination.  What in the heck is "unconstitutional" discrimination?  Well, he claims that he gets told to go elsewhere during Thanksgiving prayers.  When I was in the service, Christians were called out for being "Bible Thumpers" and told to go elsewhere if he/she didn't like the swearing.  I never heard of a Christian whining and threatening to sue the military. 

The problem is that these left wing loons have victim mentality.

Is global warming a man-made phenomenon?  Well, I am not convinced.  I don't tend to jump on the left wing loon band wagon everytime some liberal wants to hug a tree.  While I believe our environment is everyone's responsibility, I don't think global warming is primarily caused by humans.  Global warming is cyclic.  I believe it will happen regardless of human impact.

So maybe you don't follow world and national events.  Actually, a lot of people fall into this category.  However, you want to vote.  You hear people talking about some guy named Barack Obama and another person, John McCain.  Ok, so you don't want to just flip a coin and mark a candidate this time.  So for whom do you vote when you just don't have time to study the issues?

Ok, the Right Wing Squadron will make it easy for you folks who don't want to read through all my past blog posts.  Just read what Susan Sarandon says, "If McCain gets in, it's going to be very, very dangerous," she says.  It's a critical time, but I have faith in the American people. If they prove me wrong, I'll be checking out a move to Italy. Maybe Canada, I don't know. We're at an abyss."

So Sarandon says she will move if John McCain gets in office.  Hey, vote for McCain so we can see if Sarandon will really move!!!

You know, these so-called Super Delegates have all seen the debates and they know each of the candidate's talking points and values.  However, many of them have been holding out on their votes until recently.  Why, because they want to say they voted for a winner.  For instance, let's take John Edwards.  Now, he himself has participated in debates with both Hillary and Obama.  Are we to believe that he did not know what each candidate wants to bring to the White House until today?  Edwards finally gave up his vote to Obama.  Why, because many are saying that he is the "presumtive" candidate (though, don't tell Hillary that).  If these Super Delegates had any rocks, they would have made their vote long ago.  I guarantee that a lot of these Super Delegates would have voted for Hillary if she was taking a commanding lead in the Primary Elections. 

So just like typical liberals they blow with the wind.  It's more important for them to be P.C. in the eyes of the left wing loons than to stand on their own principles.  Remember, these are Super Delegates!  That means that they are the Democrats "important" people.  They surrender their values just to make themselves appear to fit in.  I guess that's why they are called the Surrender Party.  Man, if this is the cream of the crop, our country is in big trouble if a Dem takes the Oval Office.

Unlike Huckabee and Romney, Ron Paul, a Libertarian running on the GOP ticket, has not officially pulled out of the race.  While Paul has not been active on the campaign trail for quite a while, Paul spokesman, Jesse Benton, says that Ron Paul "remains a candidate".  The L.A. Times reported that Ron Paul is seeking a speaking opportunity at the GOP Convention “to stage an embarrassing public revolt” against McCain.  Benton says that report is just "speculation".  However, Benton did not flat out deny it either.

Benton said the Paul campaign is only seeking a “positive” effort to bring about reform to the Republican Party.

Ron Paul, in my humble opinion is a little wacky.  Now, I am not a registered Republican nor am I a Democrat.  I am a conservative independent.  However, I normally lean GOP.  To be honest, most Libertarians I meet are just left wing loons that have some conservative tendencies.  Ron Paul wants to pull our troops out of the Iraq "immediately".  I personally think that is dangerous.  I have watched Paul during debates and he just seems disconnected from reality.  I know that by saying these things it exposes me to Paulist flames... I don't care!

Why doesn't Paul just run on a Libertarian ticket.  He says he wants to fix the Republican party.  I don't get it.  Does he have some kind of identity crisis going on?  If he is a Libertarian, then he should run as a Libertarian.  At least, Sen. Bob Barr has the nuggets to run as a Libertarian.

Paul... give it up and get a life!

Code Pink will now cast spells on the Marine recruiting office in Berkeley.  Since Feburary Code Pink has been protesting outside the Marine Corp recruiting office, however, the protests have been losing steam.  So now, in an attempt to boost their efforts, the Code Pink loons will have witches cast spells on the war and the Marines Corp recruiting efforts.  You know the wierdest thing about this organization (and they are plenty wierd) is that they are actually serious.

Rosie O'Donnell has reared her ugly head once again with some profound statements.  She appeared on the Today Show and when questioned about Jeremiah Wright, she responded by saying that Wright "made sense to me".  Well, of course it made sense to her... she's a NUT!

Further more, she defended Wright's statement that the government created AIDs to kill black people.  She said to the Today Show host, Kathie Lee Gifford, "...you know what it's like for someone to pull one quote out of context for you.  He was comparing it to when the government did give syphilis to black Americans for 40 years. What he was saying is in his history, in his genetic memory, he knows what it's like for the government to infect his own people because he lived through those Tuskegee experiments. And that's what he was talking about."

First of all, yes the Tuskegee Experiment was a horrible, horrible experiment that lasted 40 years.  It was an experiment that studied 399 black men who ALREADY had syphilis.  The victims were not given treatment for the disease even after it was found that penicillin had some success against it.  This was an incredibly immoral experiment, however, she needs to get the facts correct.  Syphilis was not GIVEN to the victims, they already had the disease.  Further, the researchers were made up of both black and white medical personnel. 

While this does not make any part of this experiment alright, it does show that, once again, Rosie "the nutcase" O'Donnell makes statements without any research on her part.  Why doesn't she just do a little studying before opening her big fat mouth on national TV.  The left likes to modify the truth to make their case.  Unfortunately, those who are not as well versed in some of these issues listen to the crap that comes out of her pie hole and believe her.  They then spread the misinformation to other left wing loons that are too lazy to research the information.

Of course, you remember that she also said that our government was the perp behind the 911 attacks too!

I just gotta say it... Rosie "America Hater" O'Donnell is an IDIOT!!!
